Single and Crushing

I'd say, I love every moment of my Single life,
by not having to answer to anyone but myself.

I mean, I can come and go as I please,spending my time as I like,
and gives me the freedom to date and go out with different group of people
without the pressure of having to answer to anyone else.

Or maybe you can say I choose to go through my life being single because I can't find a mate?
But the fact is I really do cherish the freedom and the idea of not having to worry about what my
the other half might think or say.

Today is Valentine, and i would like to take the time to wish everyone A Happy Valentine's Day!
Though to me, Valentine is just yet another day, it doesn't matter cause everyday should be Valentine to couples and not just today but then again, Valentine is suppose to be shared with the one you loved, expressing to Him/Her how much he/she means to you.
Therefore, if you're attach, treasure this day, if you're single, just sit and pray and if you just am happy to be single, (like me), then just laze around as going out will let you see things that will distract your principles.

Today a very dumb person was chatting with me thru msn. His Girlfriend at the moment is in Australia studying so maybe that explains him dumbness! Anyway, we were chatting on msn when he told me his friend wrote "Happy V-day everyone" on her display, and he asked when was valentine?! OMG. I was dumbfounded, a person like me don't know can understand, but a guy who is with his GF for almost 3yrs don't know? Stupid anot>?!

Another thing that happen is that my brother was surpose to go on a date with his girlfriend but is banned from my dad due to his recent smoking case, therefore no Valentine :( AWWWW, but that moron also can't be bothered. He didn't even call his Girlfriend nor message her. NOTHING! Still can be so happy, watching tv and asking for pizza!

Next is Mel! She called me early in the morning at 6am, i wasn't sleeping yet, was watching my drama, and she ask if i had anything on today? So i told her nothing and then she asked me the most OUT-OF-THE-BLUE question : " Let's go for speed-dating today"!! WTH! SPEED-DATING? ON VALENTINE? Firstly, speed-dating is so not my thing, and on valentine to do that is to announce to the world that you're desperate. Not that she is, but i guess she can't pull it that a gorgeous lady like her would be spending V-day alone!

With these 3 lunatics today made me realize that maybe i should just start to convert to a nun!! :P
One, forgot when is V-day, but he really love his GF to bits! I can vouch for that :)
Another, doesn't even bother about the Girl, as if she's a toy! SUCHA PLAYER!
And another obsessed with the fact she doesn't have a partner on V-day :(

MAN, what is happening to the world of ours!

Kathleen even tag-ed my board asking me to stop being a good girl and find a boyfriend, Mel told me the same, my friends tells me the same, everyone does. But the thing is, THE RIGHT ONE HASN'T COME ALONG YET! When will it come? I'm not sure and i don't want it to be anytime near, cause i got goals to achieve before i can think of all these. To me, finding the right one is important and i don't want to be involve in a relationship, why must i surrender to one when there is an ocean out there. With dolphins and Mer-man. To be, m dream is definitely a mer-man. But its pretty rare, like one in a zillion, so i shall just wish for a dolphin. Although very little left but still realistic.
I didn't want to bring this up, but since my dearest friend Roger has tagged me calling me a virgin infront of all, there's nothing more to hide. Moreover I rather be one than not :)
R once said that with my kind of demands in my Mr Right, i would be left a Virgin for the rest of my life, and he sent me a picture of this, although its been long, but i thought it will suit a post like this...

Isn't he mean?! Thanks ah Roger! But we had this stupid pact that if i still haven't found the perfect man by the age of 50, i have to surrender to him as he doesn't want to see a Virgin die like that! Idiot right! But yeah, i did say yes, cause deep inside i know that no matter how fussy i am, i'm sure that is still that one person.

After watching the news (very rare to see me do that), which was talking on people getting married on V-day, i asked myself why? Why V-day? why Number days - where people go by number, eg: 09-09-09! Like why? Isn't is because its easier to remember? If not why??! Then i came across this pic while googling.
